my question is does casting haste on yourself stack with haste (blessed) gear? I know it should but seriously does anyone know??? Raise3 and Erase timer on Kirin even faster...all right!!!!

Ruby - Thanks, yeah i was going on something i was told about a year ago while lvl'n blm. Sorry if i was incorrect about shock vs burn. If there is one great thing about this game, is that you can always learn new things ^^ And this is helpful to me currently since i've been playing blm past week or so for fun.

Supa - Yeah I havn't had CureIV macro'd for a very long time. only II (for that "can i get a full cure for spirits" kinda situation) III and V.

Mys - Of course, we'll go play later this week. and the figures for the lower cure amount they hit for could be alittle off i struggled to remember a bit, those numbers could have been w.o nobles? But even with me lowballing them by like 10hp still keeps the multiples pretty accurrate. <3

Whisp - I'm not sure if i ever said it before so wanted to say it now that your guide is a great backbone for other whms to learn. And should have said so sooner ^^

Everyone Else - Remember being a good whm is more than reading a guide or copying another whm you know. You can only take advice, learn how others play and make your own spin on it. WHM is about reflexs acting quick and staying on your A game. Learning when to use what spells, and knowing your people your' with. You need to adapt your play style at will to accomidate your party/raid's needs. And have fun with it, if you find yourself not enjoying what you're doing, you're probably not going ot perform as good as another WHM that lives for the rush of it all. WHM can be a highly rewarding and fun job, if you let it be ^^

without a doubt cure V is about the same hate as cure 3. cure 4 is gay, i never ever use it. i teach my ls to just spam cure 3 since usually people tend to overheal anyways. 2-4 people using cure 3 still gets a tank to full hp and a lot less hate on the mages.

I would like to add a tidbit to your macro section.

Here is one that I figured out when I was placed in the {spare} alliance on a dynamis run. As many of you know, in Dynamis there can be several tanks, and even then hate can easily go to other people during a large pull. In the crowded areas, it is often difficult to find who is being attacked, since many of your messages are disabled to avoid dynamis spam.

Here is is:

/assist <stnpc>

This will let you automatically target any npc and see who they are attacking. I personnally use the method of /ma "Cure III" <t> to heal the victims. This may be a little more difficult if you use the <st> macro, but the idea is the same.

Another recomendation is for people on PCs to change their keyboard layout. It is then possible for you to select targets using UP / DOWN to go through the alliance, or LEFT/RIGHT to go through the on screen targets.
Very useful in any alliance situation.
