its ez if you fight.. LIKE REAL EZ
sleep pot-> SC SADE->DE
use a xbow -> sleep every time sa is up
hide dont work
use eva stuff to max
use a shield -_-

yeah i do. But one of these days... you wont see it coming but i swear on of these day you will see me and i will be a higher level then you. Because i have enough money to take my BLM to 75 and have a lvd sub for it. Also i have friends who can help me with stuff. Watch your back Unick! :twisted:

Poor Lazy, I think I help get like 6 of the testimonies in 1 day... That was the longest stay in Beadeaux I have ever had, I don't think I've been back since... lol

I know a few thfs I've spoken with about the Maat fight, and how you have to steal an Instant Warp scroll from him. (or beat his ass in frustration with items).

Conclusion : Don't go fight Maat with an Instant Warp scroll in your inventory, in your moghouse, in storage etc. Its rare/ex, you can only have one, if you have one on your character somewhere, you won't be able to steal it.

Why? You dont need it. Its all based on one stat,

Luck! i took out every other equip, just went in with af.
First time at 67, got my ass handed to me.
2nd time a 70, was done in 27 secs. 1/2 on the old man.
Nothing but AF (no thf's kote either).

I failed 8 times as thf. 2 Tries per failure for a total of 16 failed steals. Maat can eat my ass with a spoon...

So what did I do? I did what any other nerd would do and lvled a different job to 70 to beat him....wait...
