I wouldn't mind making it...It'll be a little while since I've got no money to work on costume stuff with, but I could make you one if you can't find one somewhere else.

It's a simple enough jacket too, probably could do it for under $20.

EDIT: Oh, and the thing about Fighting...yeah, at the big public Anime Conventions, they don't allow any fighting obviously, they gotta keep everything safe and whatnot.

However!~ My group of friends who all cosplay from Naruto will every now and then, usually once or twice a month, meet up at this place called the Sunken Gardens in San Antonio.

While we're there, we usually do some mock battles as our characters, take pictures, and photoshop them to make it look like we are using jutsus irl, it's pretty fun.

Also, some of us will do some Kendo sparring which is fun, not exactly from Naruto, but still, Kendo is alot of fun, its a good way to practice sword fighting, but at least Shinais don't cut you.
