You may or may not be aware but recently SOE held a "Fanfaire", a convention type thing in vegas, where a bunch of Everuqest playing nerds get together and get drunk.
SoE invited me out there personally for a "Community summit" where basically community leaders and such get together to discuss stuff with the devs ina rather intimate enviroment. As part of this I basically got to go vvegas,attend the convention, and stay in the las vegas hilton for a ew nights all on SOE's dime. Needless to say I'd have been foolish to pass that up.
It was a good time and such, and I enhoyed talkign with fellow EQ2 players, and the developers. I sitll enjoyed the game and think they are doing good work with it ( even if i am quiting for WoW thats a personal and guild related thing not because I don't think the game is worth playing).
Anyway this is just a overly drawn explaination to post a picture of me winning a tournement type event held playign EQ2 with premade characters. You cna read the details here:
