When using the new Tparty plugin for the windower, make sure
you access the windower console ("~" key by default) and type
"unload tparty.dll" and then you can just type "exit" and BAM!

Is it? Well the reason why you have more then one instance
of pol is because there is a problem with the Tparty plugin
when you try to exit FFXI. So if you unload it before you quit,
the instace of pol being used will be closed, otherwise it wont.

I think that is what happened.
