When I started playing this game I had a few goals. Some changed right away and some I never finished. These goals were made after I finsihed Beta Testing and after a week er so of playing.


Original Goals

Goal (1)
Level to 30 White Mage and activate Summoner and then level Summoner to 75.

Talisin and I leveled to 30 together. I hit 30 WHM he hit 30 WAR. Tal unlocked Dragoon (took him a few days since back then we had to get help to unlock the Dragoon Job (I think when we hit 30 the highest level player was Wang and his level 45ish SAM).

While Tal was unlocking DRG I found a bunch of NMs in the Grotto. Ashamaker and stuff like that. I farmed him and a bunch of others. I had fun doing it and before I knew it Tal was a 30 Dragoon and I was a 30 White Mage. Next thing I knew I was leveling White Mage rather than Summoner. Kind of sucks because I could have been the oldest Summoner on the server if I wasnt so obsessed with killing NMs. lol the irony.


Goal (2)
Create a linkshell with the servers top players.
I actually almost gave this up. Hokuten was really good when I started. I thought Estarial was the LS leader and things were fine. Then Pirotess started having power trips and the rest is Ifrit Server history.




Those are the two goals I had right from the start. I mean I made the CKD pearl when I was around level 30. I had read and heard about Japanese HNMLS and figured I would make a CKD version of that some day. I just stashed the pearl on my safe. I still regret not having a level 75 Summoner. Although I would rather have a Dragoon anyway lol.

My goal was to be a thf till 30 then take nin to 75....i was such a nub, now granted if i would have gone ninja and never been drg i would have figured out to change my sub eventually

Join CKD after I hit 70+

still thinking on Nin or Rdm to cap level 75

i never really thought that far in advance. i kinda just play day to day. i really liked the aspect of xping, and still do.

I started in June of 2004, CKD was around then.

My goals were to unlock DRG job and be an uber DRG/SAM. I read about the nerf as I got WAR to 30, and decided I wanted to play something else. I liked tanking and loved PLDs so getting PLD to 75 was my goal. And I did it. I beat the game and deleted my character >_>. My friend quit and gave me his character...I'm gonna get that to 75 and probably quit again lol.

Get WHM to 70, and level SMN to whatever I could before responsibility consumed my life. SMN dreeams are dead though, I figure I should just stick with WHM and be the best Cure whore I can be.
