Check out the latest Tribune. In the Maina & Gawaoda-The Wide World of Vana’diel section. There are hints as to what more lies beyond the places we are adventuring in now.

There are references to the Mithrian homeland which is not Kazham, and also areas like the Far East, Near East (Gugru Blue), and the home of the Gigas and Orcs to the north, where they have established empires.

When will these places reveal themselves? Time will tell.

Dont forget the little preview of the next patch.

What new zones? I thought all the Sea zones were unlocked. What changes to the fellowship thing are the going to make? Are people still stuck at level 50?

I cant because the freehost thats used to host them is blocked at work lol.

I keep meaning to check em out but whatever.

I doubt we will see those zones any time soon.

SE has always suck in hints about zones to come I think. Like Tavnazia for example. I'd like them to make the actually city playable, haha. And Tavnazia has been shown ever since the opening CG cinema. The Mithran tackers are from the mithran homeland hinted in the tribune and Tenzen is from the far East. Alot of materials also hint at being from these unplayable zones. It'll be interesting to see whats coming up.

Northern al'taiue and the obelisk of blahblahblah BC are most likely to be unlocked next considering they are all in game just no mobs/triggers etc in them heh.

The BC has avatar style double weather for light too... maybe they will give smn something to make them worth inviting for exp ha ha.

The new Dynamis arent in the .dat iirc, leading me to believe they are not in the game at all and the screenshot are photoshopped or something:P


"Lower promyvion" is an actual area and most likely the thing we saw in the new picture. There is a good chance the entrance for it is in north part of Al'taeiu(every promyvion are related to 1 crystal. dem/mea/holla/vahlz/al'taeiu).
I can't find the picture, but someone on KI posted a green and black energy vortex that looked like the one at the entrance of the other promyvion.

Dunno about orc's land, but Gigas's island is located to the north of Qu'fim. Actually, Qu'fim was only an outpost during the great war and a few gigas got stuck there when the gigas army retreated.


At the end of CoP's mission, you learn in a cutscene that Tenzen is going back in a hurry to his home country because there is some trouble. Next expansion will probably pick up there and tell us what is happening there.

Someone said something about making new cities--I think that's a mistake. FFXI has a nice balance in their cities already. WoW had concentration on just one city, and EQ's cities were all barren. Don't mess with the balance I say lol
